  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery Time = Processing Time 2–5 days + Shipping Time
  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.
  • The above time frame applies to standard shipping methods.

Please note:

  1. More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there may be occasional delays caused by severe weather, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information. Don’t hesitate to contact us if this happens.
  2. If you’d like to request express shipping, please contact our Modify or Cancel Order Center.
  3. For modification orders, production time may be extended by 1–2 days.
  4. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, please ensure your address includes a full 4- or 5-digit ZIP code.
  5. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is ready for dispatch.
  6. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause shipping delays or return-to-sender issues. Customs clearance can also result in additional delays.
  7. Be sure to provide your full and accurate address. Packages returned to us due to incomplete addresses cannot be re-shipped without additional postage fees.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes arrive later than estimated due to:

  • Missing apartment, building, or floor number

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • The R Crafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at support@holidaypod.com for assistance.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
