- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery Time = Processing Time 2–5 days + Shipping Time
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.
- The above time frame applies to standard shipping methods.

Please note:
- More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there may be occasional delays caused by severe weather, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information. Don’t hesitate to contact us if this happens.
- If you’d like to request express shipping, please contact our Modify or Cancel Order Center.
- For modification orders, production time may be extended by 1–2 days.
- For deliveries to P.O. boxes, please ensure your address includes a full 4- or 5-digit ZIP code.
- Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is ready for dispatch.
- Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause shipping delays or return-to-sender issues. Customs clearance can also result in additional delays.
- Be sure to provide your full and accurate address. Packages returned to us due to incomplete addresses cannot be re-shipped without additional postage fees.
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes arrive later than estimated due to:

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- The R Crafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
